What Is Mutual Help?

Family, Mood Disorder, Drug Addiction Counselling

Mutual help is a counselling and rehabilitation service for individuals struggling to recover from events such as mental health disorders or anything else that has interrupted their lives. The services are directed to those that wish to improve their psychological and physical well being. Our counselling and rehabilitation services incorporate developmental strategies, cognitive behaviour therapy, mindfulness, meditation techniques, and dialectical behavioural strategies to help each individual manage and overcome the problems that they are facing. All services are individually tailored for each client and are provided in a compassionate and non-judgemental fashion.
